Our Authentication Service

• Pre-booking is required.

• Processing Time:

◦ Hong Kong: 30 minutes

◦ International: 5-7 working days; 1 - 2 days expedited service available for an extra 20% fee

• Covered Brands: Hermes, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Goyard, Gucci, Celine, Fendi, Christian Dior, Saint Laurent, Prada, Givenchy, Loewe, Balenciaga, Burberry, Bottega Veneta, Dolce & Gabbana, MCM and Salvatore Ferragamo.

• Verification: Receive a digital certificate for authenticated items.

Pricing

• 50USD to 250USD, per bag or leather item (shipping fees not included).

• Payment is non - refundable, even if the result is “unidentified”.

• Exception: JM sellers (Consignment Service) enjoy free authentication, unless the item is deemed inauthentic.

• 預約要求：需提前預約。

• 處理時間：

香港境內僅需30分鐘。

海外地區，需時5-7個工作天；可選擇1-2天加急服務（額外收取20%費用）。

• 覆蓋品牌：愛馬仕、香奈兒、路易威登、戈雅、古馳、賽琳、芬迪、迪奧、聖羅蘭、普拉達、紀梵希、羅意威、巴黎世家、博柏利、葆蝶家、杜嘉班納、MCM、菲拉格慕。

• 鑑定憑證：鑑定為正品的商品將頒發電子證書。

收費標準

• 費用：每件手袋或皮具380港幣 至 3000 港幣不等（不含運費）。

• 退款政策：即使鑒定結果為「無法識別」，費用亦不予退還。

• 特別優惠：JM寄賣服務可享免費鑑定服務（除非商品被認定為非正品）。
